 Agreement of service

These terms and conditions constitute the sole record of the agreement between You and Us, in relation to your use of the website and the services of Holistic Realignment entirely. Neither You nor Us shall be bound by any representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded herein. Unless otherwise stated by our terms and conditions replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, between You and Us in respect of your use of the entire services.

Appointment cancellation charges

All appointments are subject to cancellation fees. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment as booked.  Wavering of charges is at the discretion of Holistic Realignment only.

Event cancellation charges

All cancellations are subject to charges, if you do not provide notice within 30 days. You will be liable for the full fees should you not meet this deadline.  Wavering of charges is at the discretion of Holistic Realignment only.

Offers and discounts

Offers and discounts are provided by Us at our discretion.  No offer or discount can be used in conjunction with each other unless stated, in writing, by Holistic Realignment in advance. Offers and discounts can be withdrawn at any time, unless stated by Holistic Realignment in advance.  All services offered under discounts or other deals are subject to availability at the time of booking, unless stated in advance by ourselves.

Dispute or conflict over the quality of therapy service given

Disputes about quality of treatment can be taken to Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) who are the UK's voluntary regulator for complementary therapists.  For more information please click on here.

Provision in the contract

Any provision of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices, which is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether due to voidness, invalidity, illegality, unlawfulness or for any other reason shall, in such jurisdiction only and only to the extent that it is so unenforceable. The remainder of the contract shall still apply.

Laws

Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Great Britain in respect of any disputes arising in connection with Holistic Realignment terms and conditions, or any relevant policies and notices or any matter that is related.
