confidentiality is not absolute and confidential

» The patient has the capacity to consent and
consents to the disclosure. This would be for
example to discuss your treatment/s with family,
associates and other representatives that you may
wish to have your information;
» If it's required by law, such a court order or
reporters of witnessed or suspected abuse;

healthcare professionals to ensure correct treatment
is given;
